Our client, a well-respected Maine-based community bank known for its strong culture, is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee IT, Operations, and Project Management. This position can be hybrid in Maine, within driving distance to the Bank’s headquarters in Farmington periodically.
This executive will oversee the bank’s core operating functions, guide its technology strategy, and ensure key projects are delivered effectively. The role includes leadership of IT, deposit and loan operations, and project management.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with senior experience in banking operations and technology who can balance strategic thinking with hands on leadership.
