Chief Executive Officer
Throughout Erin’s 20+ year career in the financial services industry, she directed high-performance teams. She considered it her job to know the local and regional talent pool so she could quickly fill positions on her own teams. Subsequently, as part of her consulting work, she has routinely been asked to source talent and launched Maine Executive Search in 2014. Since then, she has helped countless organizations find the right talent to meet their objectives. Erin works in a variety of sectors including financial services, higher education, private industry and non-profits.
